Robert Polka Arrest, Laguna Hills CA Missing Teen Allegedly Found in Car Of Registered Sex Offender
Robert Polka Arrest – This was no “she hates her home” run-away from adolescence. Considering that she was last seen during the day on October 19, this wasn’t awful parenting. My younger sister was taken, as everyone knows, by God’s grace. US located her. On Thursday, we made two calls to the police. They said it was too early to report her missing when we first called.
The second time, curfew had already passed. At roughly 12:00 am, the cops took the first report. The officer promised to “patrol” the area. At precisely 12:29 a.m., my sister was observed entering 7/11. which was less than half a mile from her last known location and the location of the complaint. Ashley is seen being shoved into the white tundra on camera footage one hour later, at 1:45 am, outside the 7/11. We were able to verify the man’s identify with to confirmation from OWNERS at Alicia Center Plaza. Robert Polka is the plaza’s maintenance guy.
My family would especially like to express our gratitude to the owners/managers of 7/11, Corona, and the sushi restaurant. Furthermore, to our friends and community that banded together to support this effort. We went ahead and informed the police with this new information on Saturday, October 22. We gave his phone number, video surveillance, and his name. Ashley was still considered “non-risk” by the officer. The officer proceeded to clarify to us that she “did not appear 17 and said that it might have been voluntarily.” portraying her as a wild child. and copied from a Facebook post made by one of Ashley’s relatives. Many of us were following this story, I’m sure of it.
As a family, we actively pursued our search for my sister on Sunday, October 23. We refused to give up or accept the cops’ ultimatum that we should be sitting ducks. We used basic internet searches to find the man. We informed the police once more that he was in fact a sexual offender. The police then said to us, quote, “We need concrete information confirming the man’s identity in order to start a search.” It seems that they lacked sufficient reason to search for him. Four hours later, in order to get them going, WE provided them with more specific information that could be accessed on a PUBLIC WEBSITE. Thus, THREE days later, they ACTUALLY gave it some thought.
